Just how badly does the body need them, exactly?
I ask as I'm in self catered accomodation this year, so I have to cook my own food. As I am both lazy and lacking in cooking skills, I haven't eaten any vegetables in about a week. The way things are going, this may well continue for the next ten weeks. Maybe that makes me an 'invegatarian' or something.
So is there anyone here who knows much about food/nutrition? What other stuff can I eat to get the needed vitamins and minerals?

"I don't care where it's gone, if it's on the floor with my toenail clippings, it's my pea and I'm going to eat it no matter what!"
"It flew off into your dirty sock basket"
"... I'll just have the toast."

Tee hee hee..
If you can imagine that
I feel for you man, I do, I do
Talking of that, think I'll see a friend off to the coast.

It was. Trust me.
> Toast and peas. Excellent.
"It's my pea, I earned it, I'm going to eat it no matter what."
um eat your vegetables no matter what.
...which brings me onto another point. Saying "Veg" makes you sound like a mong....or at best, a really old person. Erm...I don't know what my point was exactly, but it still sucks.
(Urgh, I'm typing like a nooooooobie.)
