Watch a German movie called "The Experiment", based on The Stanford Prison Experiment.

Superb in a not-poncy-foreign way. I was most suprised, expected to hate it a lot because let's be honest, what the last decent German film you saw that wasn't called Das Boot?

But well worth checking out.
And Straw Dogs is out on DVD today.

hia, I'm currently at uni and just got my connection activated so I thought I'd pop in to see if anyone had missed me :-)

But I've already got two essays and some questions on Roman law (in freshers week!) to do, so I'll probably be back on in the holidays, well if that trend continues, not because it's going to take me all term just to do those. And I will buy this film. I wanted to see it at the cinema, but surprise, surprise it wasn't on.

I almost rented the Experiment on Friday, but opted for Taxi 2 instead. Which was amusing but not as good as the original.
