It has taken over us and for what to talk about Super Mario Sunshine I know the game is just out bhut there is nothing to talk about otherwise.Well the Playstation Forum be like this when GTA:Vice City comes out?
Well in the Nintendo forum it’s not as bad. But from a week or so before New Games release, until a couple of days after, we get about 7 “First impressions of New Game’ threads.

The Playstation forum follows a distinct pattern. When a New Game is first heard of, someone starts the 'Official 'New Game Title' Thread'.
About a week later, when it gets a preview in PSW or PSM2, someone starts an 'THE Official 'New Game Title' Thread'.
Then a couple of more threads pop up arguing over which thread is the official one. Then the demo comes out, and the 'Post your official high score for 'New Game Title' Thread' gets posted, and everyone posts their official high scores in there.
Two weeks before the New Game is released, a couple of people always post the 'I've played 'New Game Title' Thread', because they like to be first at everything. Then the game gets it's first official review, and all the threads with 'New Game Title' in it get bumped with peoples' thoughts on the review.
On the day of release, two things can happen.
a) If the game is naff, no more threads are posted because people are too embarrassed to admit they've bought it after having raved about it for the last 6 months.
b) If the game is good 45874545948359345 threads pop up with varying titles along the themes of:
"Which is better, New Game or MGS2?"
"Should I claim New Game for my GAD?"
"Ne1 got ne cheets 4 New Gum?"
"Hello, I'm a single mother, 18 years old, and my daughter can't complete the nth level because of the Suarlmarg Boss in the New Game can any of you sexy young men help me out?"
"I've completed New Game!!"
etc.
