Some Freeola feedback.
I have numerous (100+) domains with Freeola so have quite a number of email forwards in place. The majority of these domains are maintained for my clients.
This afternoon Freeola performed some email house keeping to check that any email forwarding that's in place is still required. I've had quite a number of emails from my clients asking for advice and if this is a scam etc.
When I logged in to my 'MyFreeola' account I also saw a link/announcement there (NB. I did see a warning "Page can't be displayed" in a panel as well - but this eventually went away after some page refreshes).
Just a thought, but perhaps next time you come to run this house keeping, rather than generate emails to every address perhaps you could just add the message to customers MyFreeola login for a week or so in advance so that customers can confirm things as required within MyFreeola to avoid the emails etc.? Perhaps with a mention in this Freeola forum as well to encourage people to visit?
I hope you are happy to receive this feedback - I appreciate you have 10,000's of customers and it always seems to me that comments here!?!

While your idea is a good one, some people don't login to their MyFreeola account for a long time, and so would never see the message.
Perhaps a better way would be to send an email to the address used to login to the MyFreeola account listing all the current forwarding data. That way you'd get one email covering all the addresses (or more than one if you have multiple MyFreeola accounts with forwarding enabled).
I will put this suggesting to the person running the housekeeping.
