On gta3 i put on a pedestrian cheat (its either riot or attack, i dont know) but now all the pedestrians are running around punching each other. I dont know how to turn the cheat off. i tried typing in the cheat again but i wont go off. It's making it impossible to do the last mission. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

You can complete it, but not 100% as his missions count as part of the game. But as far as I can remember, none of his mission were vital to the rest of the game.

If you have a game save position before you typed in the cheat, then you are OK.
Simply copy a back up to a safe place of the before-cheat game save position then uninstall and reinstall the game.
If the before-cheat saved position is still there, then just load it back in. If not, then paste the backup you made into the place where saved games are stored, then load it in.

Proof that cheats should be typed in AFTER the game is complete...and also proof that cheats are pointless. :c)
