Welcome to SRW , where we are set for some singles action here.

nWo’s MUSIC HITS! Black and white flashes, as X-Pac (DW) struts down the ramp, towards the ring. “The following contest is scheduled for one fall…making his way to the ring, representing the nWo, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, weighing in at 212lbs…X-PAC!”

“R-E-Y MYSTERIO”! The stage opens, as Rey Rey flies through the sky! Rey Mysterio (Cong Man) sprints to the ring, taunting X-Pac on the way. “And his opponent, from San Diego, CA, weighing in at 165lbs…Rey Mysterio!”

DING DING! The match kicks off. X-Pac stands tall over Mysterio, and starts delivering some sharp left hands. X-Pac runs against the ropes and delivers a stiff shoulder block to Rey. The masked Mysterio is knocked to the ground, but athletically bounces up and reverses X-Pac’s Spinning Wheel Kick. Rey starts to take control, using his feet to his advantage. Mysterio backs ‘Pac into the corner, and goes up for the 10-count. X-Pac catches Rey out, and slams him down with a Powerbomb. Both men are down. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-Rey staggers to his feet, with X-Pac shortly following. Both men start exchanging blows, but X-Pac gets the upper hand. X-Pac sets Rey into an Irish Whip, but it’s reversed. Rey ducks under ‘Pac’s flying arm, and hits an amazing Dropkick from nowhere on the return. Both men’s shoulders are once again flat on the mat. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-It’s Nash (Allardini)! Nash has broken up the count, and is standing on the apron, which grabs Teddy Long’s attention. Rey is up first, and runs at Nash, knocking the big man flat to the ground. WHAM! X-Pac smacks Rey from behind with a steel chair! The steel chair is dented, with Mysterio’s back shape clearly imprinted in it! X-Pac goes for the cover. Not this way!

SHOULDER UP! Where did Mysterio find the energy to get that shoulder up? Rey is still in the game! The anger and frustration is starting to show on the face of X-Pac. ‘Pac goes up top. What’s he gunna try here? He’s going for a Moonsault! X-PAC IS GOING FOR A MOONSAULT! He flies…REY MOVES! X-Pac misses, X-Pac misses! Nash has entered the ring with a fire extinguisher! Rey is getting up, slowly. I don’t think he knows what he has waiting for him! Nash pounces…Rey reverses another move, and turns and Super Kick’s the extinguisher into the face of Kevin Nash! Rey is on fire! He sets about on the ring apron, as X-Pac staggers to his feet! It can only be one thing! WEST COAST POP! REY LANDS THE WEST COAST POP ON nWo’s X-PAC! This match is getting exciting, but it could be over very soon if Rey can make the cover. Mysterio crawls across to the flat-out X-Pac.

NO! Nash pulls Rey’s leg, and the pin is broken up! The match continues. Rey picks up where he left off, and goes straight to work on X-Pac. What the heck? X-Pac sits in the corner and asks the ref for a time out (not the chocolate bar!). Nash, X-Pac and the referee seem to be conferring. Teddy Long steps out of the ring and has talks with Lillian Garcia (Shaneo).

“It appears that due to injury, X-Pac will not be able to continue this match, and instead, Kevin Nash will be taking over.”

NO! Rey is 5 and a half foot, how do they expect him to face some 6’10”/7 footer? WHAT THE FREAK’N HECK, WHATEVER NEXT! The area goes dark! Some dim lime green lights come up! What is happening? The lights are back up. X-Pac is on the outside, with blood pouring from his head, and Nash is in the ring, co-incidentally, in the position for a Rey Rey special! He runs! 6 1 9! 6 1 9 to Kevin Nash! The nWo front man bounces back after the terrific impact of the 6 1 9! Rey slowly slumps over Nash!

DING DING! Rey wins it! What happened? Who busted open X-Pac? What will the nWo say about this? “The winner of this bout…REY MYSTERIO!”

******************************

Ahem, basic point of this was to promote the wrestler who assaulted X-Pac and Nash. In case you were wondering, X-Pac has once again changed sides and is now with nWo. This is purely because I never knew that my wrestler had suddenly jumped sides and joined X-Factor. I guess now I will have to write a promo explaining a reason as to why ‘Pac jumped sides. Pfft! Thanks for reading.

Hehe, an excellent match accompanied by a nice mystery angle, maybe something else we could find out at Do or Die! Thanks for that DW, Do or Die is looking great now.

Oh, and you can tell I was bored...look at the wrestlers I chose. Oh, and I apologise for choosing my own character to write on (hey, he got mullered...AND lost!). I was a little unhappy about the way he was going, so I decided to promote him, and of course, I attacker.

Good stuff DW! I was expecting the actual show, with clips from Mysterio -vs- X-Pac, but I was wrong.

You did a match, and a very well written one at that. High-flying and exciting stuff there!

DAMN, the main focus of the match, and I cocked-up. That should have said:

The arena goes dark!

Moo!

It was a house show, if that helps. At Do or Die, I now have X-Pac meets his attacker promo. Hopefully, this will create a decent storyline for Pac AND for the mystery attacker. Anyone think they know who it is? Remember, I can change it to someone else...

I believe this affects the match I'm writing. No problem, I've had worse to deal with.
