Believe it or not, Acclaim will pay the fine for anyone caught speeding in the UK on October 11th, the day Burnout 2 is released.

I'm going to tell me friend, he'll speed even more than usual just to see if it works

I doubt they will take the points you get on your licence or the fine that you would get if you were pulled over by a traffic cop.

Still its a nice crazy marketing idea.

They are stupid though. What if theres loads of people eager to buy this game so they are caught speeding to get to thier local game shop.

I might get one of those little scooter things and contantly speed back and forth past cameras... build up a nice fine for them.
