I know it probably looks the sort of game you'd rent rather than buying as it's meant to have a limited single player mode, but it looks quite a fun 4-player laugh, and I have some spare GADs.
I quite like tennis & volleyball games as they always offer multi player fun & I have fond memories of the two-player mode on "Super Spike Volleyball" on the NES, so what's it like in terms of multi-player?
Does it get tedious after time or is it a great laugh?
Or would it be better to wait (a long time) for Mario Tennis?
Nuff said.
It's great fun.
If you've played any Sega sports title, you'll know what to expect.
It's easy to pick up, and there are some multiplayer options that are quite a laugh.
One has you playing volleyball with a bomb that explodes after a number of points have been depleted or if it drops to the floor.
I've only played 2 player so far, and you can play on the same team or against each other, which is a good for a laugh.
The world tour can only be played in single player, but being able to encourage your partner, and assign them points to aid their development will probably mean that you'll come back to it more than once.
There's an option to edit the look of the players too, but you can't alter the bodies themselves, just the hair, face and costume.
It's not a perverted game. There are no bouncing breasts, or nipple shots, so don't get it if you're after that kind of thing. what it is is a solid sports title, with great multiplayer appeal.
I've probably played it as much as Mario Sunshine in the last 24 hours.
