"The Labour Party is like this giant pink blamange (or is it blanch-mange?) that wobbles about in the centre of the political spectrum - any party that wants to get around it has wither to move all the way to the left, as the lib dems tried to do, or go all the way to the right, as the Conservatives tried to do. Both of these will fail because more voters will be lost than gained, and so the only option is to stay in the centre and ty and attract people's attention with your policies. But you can't, because the labour party is a giant pink blamange."

Ok, maybe not the party as a whole then, but its leader is a lying a american-brown-nosing idiot. Everything he says is crap and everything he promised before being placed into government was an untruth and a broken promise/statement when said. He supports public schools completely, however turns it on himself and sends his kids to private ones, the party have no support for the countryside nor do they know what it is about in the country, so laws can obviously be the same for the countryside and things treated the same. Also, they way they handled the outside of Foot&Mouth was the biggest pile of crap ever... god damn I am glad I read the FT, because it gives an honest opinion about how the whole thing could have been stopped, and not how the government covered most of it up with false figures and statistics, and also saying it was near an end when cases were still happening many months after that summer.
Meh, I just don't like em, then again.. I went to the same school as Major did. One of the worst in Britain.
:)

Not for me they haven't.
It's very hard for a young family, as Mr Blair seems to believe that children are better off in care during the day so both parents can work. Well what if you believe that your children are better off spending time with a caring parent, rather than in a nursery? You have to struggle. Then you have to do with the pathetic treatment of those that live in countryside areas. The Labour party seem to think every has access to the same facilities as you get in central London, and that we only use cars because we're lazy.
Never mind. I didn't vote for them, I voted for someone else so at least I have the right to complain. :o)

Not comparitively speaking, no. Considering what this country put up with for the god knows how many years before they came into power, it's not all bad y'know.
It's very easy to agree with everyone and say 'they're crap, they've done a terrible job' when in reality, they've done alright.
