Sorry for being a idiot, but how do i find out what my motherboard is?

Is it through device manager?
Not my pc really, but need to know for upgrade.

if you have not found out how to do it yet then:
1. open up the side of the case, look in at the M board and it should say, eg. Epox 8k7a..

2.not being a smart ars* or n e thing but, look on the box, unless u bought it ready made- wich i dont reall reccomend.

3.maybe if you cannot go inside your case then try this: click on controll pannel, click on system, once in system you you should me in group general, maybe it will say it there.

If you have a game by Electronic Arts, then it should show up when you run EAsy info.

As the system goes though its POST it shoud show up the Motherboard information on the screen. You can puase thise by hitting the pause/break key as it does sometimes flash by.
