No doubt there’ll be more twists ‘n’ turns as we advance even further in the gaming world.
Over the past ten years gaming has become even more unpredictable and more advanced than we could ever have imagined.
Take the Xbox for example.
It’s gone far beyond our wildest dreams and leaves other consoles cowering in a corner.
You can’t help but awe at the amazing power of this machine!
Just imagine, your sitting at home bored with nothing on telly and you decide to power up this beast of a machine.
You switch it on and you jump back in horror as the Xbox lets rip an ear-popping roar! (Well that may be exaggerated a bit but it’s not far of)
Then you pop in a copy of DOA3 and you watch the amazing FMV’s with awe. That’s just before you start playing the game.
You then grip the chunky yet sophisticated Xbox controller in your grubby paws and your eyes light up with joy as you plunge into the most amazing gaming experience.
No doubt the Xbox is a powerful machine with almost supernatural powers but it’s rival the Nintendo Game Cube is as jaw dropping as the Xbox.
I can just about see this amazing console sitting on my telly unit.
If there were one game I’d buy for the Game Cube it’d be the new Zelda game.
The Zelda series Zelda has provided me with endless hours of puzzles, Sometimes I’d be stuck on the same level at the same section for days if not weeks trying to figure out a puzzle that’s so simple it’s to hard.
If only all games were like the Zelda series, the world would be a happier place. Sadly though there are but a handful of games that will provide the same amount of pleasure and playability as the Zelda series has.
With the arrival of the new consoles things are soon to change.
In the near future all games will be as visually impressive as on another and as playable as each other. Along with the introduction of Xbox online it’s sure to become a reality.
For online gaming of endless opportunities for developers to strut their stuff and to show just how powerful machines are.
As Technology advances so will gaming.
And as gaming advances so will the need for better more powerful games.
Gaming has advanced so much over the past ten years that it seems almost impossible for it to advance any further, but I’m sure it will.
With whispers of a PS3 possibly around the next couple of corners, who knows what will be ahead. The possibilities are endless
Maybe the PS3 will be even more powerful than the Xbox.
If it will be then we’re in for a roller coaster of a ride. You’d think that nothing could possibly be more powerful than the xbox. I’m sure that sooner than you may think we’ll find out just what could be more powerful.
A Game Cube 2 perhaps? In-fact there are rumours that Ninty are already working on one.
People use the phrase “The future of gaming is near” but the future is already here. The arrival of such machines as the Game Cube and the Xbox proves that
There’s more to come though. For the world of gaming offers endless opportunities for more weird and wonderful console to prove themselves.
The future is no longer in the future the future is here! And boy is it hot!
