Rare do certainly need a round of applause even though they have joined the dark side, becuase at least they managed to sneak the best ever game in to the release lists before they left. At least they went out with a bang and left us our own leaving present... Starfox Adventures, the biggest game that took so long to make it is certainly worth the wait.
I think they still like us enough to go with a bang (A good bang).

What sourse did you get that idea from, it lasts at least over 80 hours from whatNintendo are saying, but I haven't played it, yet I've seen enough video clips to base my info on.

Kameo would have been too good on GC, ever since I first heard about it I thought it ruled, one of my most anticipated games, drat.

I'll probs get SFA though still.

They can just sack RARE right now if they want to, it's not going to make any difference in the console wars.

Like Kameo, it hasn't even been mentioned for 4 months. But if they RARE stayed Kameo would have been released and
it would have been absolutly brilliant (not as good a SFA though).

Well they did spend 5+ years on it!

To be honest I can't see anything of Starfox quality arriving on the X-box, graphical enhancments maybe, but I severly doubt Microsoft are going to let them spend even 3 or 4 years perfecting just one game.

And in the case of Rare (and Nintendo), the longer it's in development the better it gets, unlike some games that spend years in development, and turn to be totally rubbish because they could never decide exactly what to do with it.
