Hi, has anybody finished Desert Storm on the Xbox yet? I have almost completed the game but I'm stuck on one of the last levels. We have to get into a fortress but not through the main gate. I have killed everybody and blown up everything outside the fortress and I have covered the entire area more than once, but I cannot find another way into the fortress. It is getting quite annoying so if anybody knows how to get in the fortress it would be a lot of help!

Well, at the risk of getting all you sad console wars guys out... Turok sucks on all systems, and if it wasn't for Activision's mass marketing campaign no one would look at it.

Oooh ! Red Dwarf insults, inventive. I'm sure you're not representative of most X Box owners on here, thankfully. By the way, I've got a PS2, Gamecube, and PC, everything but an X Box. I can get an X Box for £128 new, yet I don't. Why ? As far as I can see there's only launch games worth buying - I'm not saying its a bad system, just that it isn't what I'd choose.
And I'll be the "smeghead" with Onimusha 2 and Super Mario Sunshine next friday....

Hey, you forgot to put "*sarcasm*" in. I'v played Turok, and it's one of the worst games I've seen this year, rubbish frame rate,bad fogging, AI that makes a 1 year old look intelligent, and the flying sequences are rubbish as well. Whereas Desert Storm is one of the better games I've seen this year, and acutally played for longer than 2 hours....

I'v played Turok, and it's one of the worst games I've seen this year, rubbish frame rate,bad fogging, AI that makes a 1 year old look intelligent, and the flying sequences are rubbish as well. Whereas Desert Storm is one of the better games I've seen this year, and acutally played for longer than 2 hours....

I've got it on the PS2 and the level layout is the same so;
On that level you gradually work your way around the base of the castle, until you reach a dead end yes ? Theres no way to go apart from back. HEad back - it's important you've gone this far as armoured vehicles wil pursue you later on if you don't take them out to start with.
Move back slowly and stay on the left hand side, there is a raised slope along the left hand side, follow up it, you'll work your way back, along the raised section, to the bridge near the start of the level.Keep going, keep advancing, and you'll come across a gate on the left hand cliff wall. Use the stealth guy to set C4, run back to cover, detonate it, run back to the open gate, and you're in. Now it gets fun......(as long as it's not on easy :) )
