year 10 people were cool until i became a year 11. now they're just short people i can beat up and take money off of.

I think FCAT = Federal Cognative ability test.

'cause we have CATs over here in the UK.

Heard of SAT's, coz we do them. FCAT = Federal Constipation (of) Animal Tests?
