(i already had a spare 40gb HD lying around)
now i have another computer to play multiplayer with, my other box is
Athlon 1700+
512 SDRAM (i know)
GeForce4 Ti4400
Everything else came from Jungle.com
AMD K2 500/ 256k ram/ Voodoo 2/ etc
I don't play that many games on it now I've got my PS2 but want to get into the PC scene.
I like the idea of being able to buy bits here and there when I have some spare cash.
Amazing what you can build for £400 !
mayb its cos i read practically everything but dont reply much, how many posts do u have to make
My mouse is lovely though, (Logitech Trackman) cost £45 but it's about £20 now...worth every penny, good for games too.
I find that its deffo worth paying extra for mice, get an optical, you wont regret it, my current mouse has lasted as long as my last three put together!
the mouse does have a wheel, and is better than my old one which cost £17 (overpriced piece of crap)
don't see anything wrong with the keyboard either, it does the job fine
all in all i'm pretty chuffed with myself
and i don't know who made the CD-Rom (unboxed) and i cant be bothered to check the top of it.
ps. i've been here for months now and i'm still a newbie
