Well SEGA returned and revived the arcade industry in 2011 with the first Virtual Reality machine. In 2020 SEGA made the “Reality Cast”, a home virtual reality console. Sadly SEGA failed again, it wasn’t the £800 price tag but in the arcades there are people to make sure gamers don’t play for too long, at home there wasn’t and gamers often suffered heart attacks. 188 deaths later and 98% of the world banned the “Reality Cast” (China was one country who didn’t) and SEGA failed. Luckily Nintendo joined with SEGA to make the Virtual Reality areas where thousands can go and play games in complete safety. So normal console gaming continued and the big 3, Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo still exist. Each game company has new consoles with brand new games, and this is what has happened to them:
1: Nintendo
Nintendo last year released the “Super Nintendo Entertainment Game Oblong”; the console is currently outselling all the competition. Bundled with the console comes the now few years old Gameboy now called Gameport, you could get 3 variations, Gameport yellow, Gameport Red and Gameport Blue. Nintendo make much of their money now from selling 10 second Washing Machines. Below is the most recently released game:
Game Name: Occupant Niceness
From: Copcam
After Capcom did a deal with the World Police producing cheap security camera system they have changed their name to Copcam. Also to do with the recent deal all Copcam games are no longer violent games but friendly games in an attempt to slow down crime. Hot on the heels of Angel’s Might Giggle on the PS8 comes, exclusive to Super Nintendo Entertainment Game Oblong, Occupant Niceness. You are retired S.U.N.S worker Chris Bluefield and old Maggie from room number 42 has had her false teeth misplaced. Your job is to work out puzzles that make no sense in order to achieve keys and search the rooms of the Old people’s homes in order to find old Maggie’s teeth. But can you trust all of your O.A.P friends?
Below is the future release for the next Gameport:
Game Name: Super Luigi Brothers 4
From: Nintendo
The game that will launch the Gameport Gold and Silver due out later next month. Super Luigi Brothers 4 is a port of the age-old Gamesphere classic. This time Mario has more of a role as he joins with Luigi in an attempt to defeat Bowser and save Princess Orange. Yoshi makes a return in a game that received 98% by Nintendo Official Piece of Crap as it is now called.
2: Microsoft
After Bill Gates spent all of his money buying himself a life he decided to sell his X-box company to try and get some more revenue. Rare were the buyers and the current console is called “X-box Sevenie”. The new Rare Ware console still goes under the name Microsoft and is currently just ahead of Sony in the sales department. The X-box sevenie’s most recently release game is:
Game name: PALO
From: Bungie
You are office worker Mark fanboy and you are currently struggling to keep your company afloat. In an attempt to keep your company afloat you must cut the pay of your workers. Now if you do this gradually the dumb workers will hardly noticed their low pay (Palo get it). But go too far and you will have to use your staple gun and pens to escape the hoard of angry workers.
3. Sony
Sony has slowly lost sales throughout the years but is still going strong. The Playstation 8 launched at the start of the year to a lukewarm reception. Launching with games such as SSX Complicated (EA) and Real Fighter 2 (SEGA) the console promised a good line up of games to come. The most recent release is from Hollywood Star.
Game Name: Small Stolen Candy Bar 3
From: Hollywood Star.
After Rockstar changed their name they decided to tone down their games, a little. This title allows you to play as small time crook with no name, you must go around the place and steal as many sweets as you can to please your boss a.k.a your son. You can go into various sweet shops in town and steal a wide selection of sweets by trying everything to distract the shopkeeper. In the third incarnation the city is five times bigger with the ability to interact with even more people to help you steal sweets. As usual you can attempt to steal candy from a baby but this time you can even tickle the child into dropping it. Just make sure the handbag wheeling Mother is nowhere in sight.
So as you can see the gaming market continues, as always with some of the most promising games, all of this is what we can look forward to in the future. But I was just as interested to know what they were looking forward too. Here is the most anticipated list taken from Games Mistress:
1: Mario’s Mansion - Super Nintendo Entertainment Game Oblong
2: Dimly Lit – X-box Sevenie
3: Penultimate Fantasy 14 – PS8
4: Loud Mountain – PS8
5: Super Luigi Moonlight - Super Nintendo Entertainment Game Oblong
6: Jet Set CD player: past – X-box Sevenie
7: Super Monkey Square - Super Nintendo Entertainment Game Oblong
8: Conker’s Relatively Decent Saturday – X-box Sevenie
9: Wipein – PS8
10: Doshin the Midget - Super Nintendo Entertainment Game Oblong
Here’s to the future

You are correct. (Notice how Notables are always correct?)
It's just that I don't like being typecast.
"As long as I'm not flying X-Wings in it I'm happy. Proceed."
