Right, Ive download some software to delete spyware and a program to delete internet activity as i was finding alot of space was disapear because of use of internet and for some reason these stupid pop up windows keeping appearing all the time well the software ive got doesnt help so i was wondering if any of you could suggest something or any programs to use?

Well i'll have a look see if i can find that pest thing u said, i dont feel confident cos i dont know anything about the registry so i wont touch that lol.

Yeah that the one ive got also, it cant find anything thought and still the pop up windows appear after ive used it.

I use ad-aware from

www.lavasoft.de
works well and gets rid of a lot but you need to run it regularly.

You could also try Pest Patrol, not sure of the URL though. That found a load of crap on my machine.

Thanks always what i meant to ask was is there any programs that can find something that i believe is one my computer making pop windows appear even when im not on the net as crossing them off is annoying me now and before you say get spyware i already have one but that cant find anything so any sugestions for that?

You can choose to over-ride the prvention by holding CTRL though

Pop-up stopper. Search for it on Google.

Its pretty good for stopping pop-ups, and you can set the level of strict-ness (is that a word?). Only problem is that it stops new browser windows too i.e when you click on someone's name on these forums to get their stats.

loads of different kinds some free some not.
Type free pop up stopper into google (or something similar) and find one that you like.
