I make it my priority to 'lose' a ball, and explain to him that the ducks took it wen I was putting. He has to be one of the easiest people to manipulate and believe you. :D

Hey you forgot to mention the pubs, clubs, casino, Lap dancing club, arcade, Secret iraqi base, asylum centre, Multiplex cinema and shopping centre, paintballing site and live ammunition practice range.

I've been to Keswick many times, that's where I stay (well, near there) when I go up to the lake District! It's an OK place, pitch and Putt in the park, Climbing wall near the outskirts of the Town and a swimming pool that's OK-ish. There's a lake called Derwent Water right next to the park, on the other side of which you'll find a mountain called Catbells, one of the most popular Mountains in the Lakes.

Overall, it's an OK place, pretty good for a first trip, but kinda gets boring after your 10th Visit! :D

Oh, and there are loads of Ice cream/sweet shops littering the Highstreet. :D

I go up to Keswick every time I am at my nans in Durham.

Nice place. It's cool when you hire a motor boat and go bombing round the lakes.

Is it just that one town? Cos the town I went (Keswick I think) ;) to is kinda sucky, but you're doing geography so no probs. (:)
