If your not sure with things like that, it's best to try it out yourself before asking here..it could take a while.

It does render them, and allows too. But you can't view colour changes.

This only works in IE as NS renders HR's differently. To have the correct effect you need to redefine the HR using CSS.

Where color is obviosuly the colour of the line, and size is the thickness. You can also have WIDTH, expect you know what that represents :o).
yup, it's probably something like bgcolor="#" if color="#" doesn't work, you could try CSS too, pretty sure that would be the same...
