I'm looking for effective ways of promoting my chat forum and I was wondering if SR have some sort of banner exchange program?

As all the media focuses on Internet piracy, it makes it look very unsecure, but it is safer than other transations.
Just note that whenever you order online via Creid Card, the site uses Secure Server Layer (think thats the meaning), and has an image of a padlock or key in the browsers status bar.
If I had any doubt I'd never use it.

Your more at risk paying in a restraunt with your credit card, or shopping over the phone, or by fax.

Why don't you like buying things off the net? probably safer than buying it in a shop.
Also, most things are soooo much cheaper than in shops, it's like having a sale on every day of the year, plus you don't have to drag it back home, or squeeze onto the bus with it.

They do hgave an affiliate thing, you have to pay quite a bit of money though.
