With some of ma b-day cash I bought me Trilogy of the Dead.

On disk 1, Night of the Living Dead, there is a fantastic extra feature, a music video entitled 'Dance of the Dead'.

This song is fantastic. Samples lines from the original movie.

"They're coming to get you Barbra"

"He's all messed up"

and indeed, the title of this thread.

I bloody love this song.

And the movie is excellent too. I don't quite get the need to add a few scenes as they did for the 30th anniversary, and the second film, Dawn of the Dead is amazing. The way the zombies walk around the mall reminds me of Ely on a Saturday afternoon.

And tonight I get to see Day of the Dead for the first time since I was little. I can't really remember it, but yeah, excellent trilogy. Well, excellent first two movies, probably excellent trilogy.

I'll also take a look at those documentaries too. Anyone else seen them, care to comment?

I bought Dawn Of The Dead on DVD ages ago, but I was still tempted to get the trilogy of the dead when I saw it in HMV last Wednesday (and again today)

Didn't fancy handing over 30 notes when I already own one film, and can get Night for £4.99

Today I bought Battle Royale and Platoon. Just watched BR - 'tis excellent

Dawn of the Dead? Custard pie fight in the mall right? Great.

Seen Day of the Dead when it was on TV a couple of months back.

Sibs, the one with the bikers in the mall in Dawn of the Dead, and from what I remember of Day of the Dead, it could be the first movie you were describing.

I'll know more when I see it again later.

I saw a few zombie films ages ago... (Summer half-term maybe?) when they ran a kind of mini series of films... can't remember the titles of any of the films... but one involved a load of people stuck in a military bunker who were some of the few humans left and had these underground tunnels full of zombies and zombies above too. This scientist was doing experiments with the zombies and trying to domesticate them and stuff...

Also saw a movie ages ago (longer ago than that last one) with zombies in a mall... dunno if it's the same one as the one you were talking about, but at one point in the movie I remember all these bikers coming into the mall full of zombies with sledgehammers and chains and stuff and just beating the living (or dead...?) crap outta all the zombies... that was funny :D

Anyway, seeing as I'm not sure what any of these movies were I have no idea if they're relevant at all... but nevermind eh?
