On disk 1, Night of the Living Dead, there is a fantastic extra feature, a music video entitled 'Dance of the Dead'.
This song is fantastic. Samples lines from the original movie.
"They're coming to get you Barbra"
"He's all messed up"
and indeed, the title of this thread.
I bloody love this song.
And the movie is excellent too. I don't quite get the need to add a few scenes as they did for the 30th anniversary, and the second film, Dawn of the Dead is amazing. The way the zombies walk around the mall reminds me of Ely on a Saturday afternoon.
And tonight I get to see Day of the Dead for the first time since I was little. I can't really remember it, but yeah, excellent trilogy. Well, excellent first two movies, probably excellent trilogy.
I'll also take a look at those documentaries too. Anyone else seen them, care to comment?
Didn't fancy handing over 30 notes when I already own one film, and can get Night for £4.99
Today I bought Battle Royale and Platoon. Just watched BR - 'tis excellent
Seen Day of the Dead when it was on TV a couple of months back.
I'll know more when I see it again later.
Also saw a movie ages ago (longer ago than that last one) with zombies in a mall... dunno if it's the same one as the one you were talking about, but at one point in the movie I remember all these bikers coming into the mall full of zombies with sledgehammers and chains and stuff and just beating the living (or dead...?) crap outta all the zombies... that was funny :D
Anyway, seeing as I'm not sure what any of these movies were I have no idea if they're relevant at all... but nevermind eh?
