I didn't tell my parents about a parent's evening once, as I knew it would be all bad. I would've got away with it, had the school not posted my report to them. Boy was I in trouble, heh

Surely if you've only just found it then they haven't been asking for it so just forget about it.
Failing that stick 2 fingers down your throat and yack all over it, just tell them you didn't think they'd want to see it in that state.
