If you type in '1' or the number you want to start with (eg 10) in one cell, then under it, in the next cell, enter '2' or the next number from what you started with (eg 11).
Then, selecting these two cells, with the mouse, so they are both surounded with the darker border move the mouse to the bottom right of the border, left click down and hold, then drag the dotted line down to the cell you want, and it will automaticly add the numbers in the cells, eg if you started with 1, 2 it would fill in 3, 4, 5, 6, for you
