Blizzard are bringing a whole new Starcraft game to 'next gen-consoles', all thought it seems as though a Gamecube version is definatley happening.
I found it in the GAmecube section of IGN, it's a differet type of game too, not a RTS. It's some sort of FPS hybrid type thing, a bit like C&C Renegade was, except good.
Anyway I won't bother telling you what you can just read for yourself:
