For the past few months, all the games magazines have been filled with is how good the PS2 is going to be. But as the launch date finally arrives, the question is, 'should i buy one now?' well i believe that the answer is No. I myself have already ordered one but have realised that there aren't very many good games out at the moment. With release date titles such as Tekken T-T, Ridge racer V, and the tremendously fun International Track & field, all failing to impress, i suggest you wait before you decide to follow the crowd. The 2nd generation games however look to be very impressive. The Boucer, Dark cloud, are both new titles set to take the industryby the scruff of its neck, and sequels to previous psx games such as GT2000, Resident Evil 4, WWF Smackdown 3, Tony Hawk's 3, and of course Metal Gear Solid 2, are also going to be huge hits in the gaming world. So my advice is to wait a little while until this new console shows its true potential and believe me it will!
Even though I'm never gonna get one, I'd wait a while (this is going to be totally unbiased)
It's £50 more expensive than the more powerful, DVD movie compatable Gamecube 2!
So I'd wait for it to go down in proce first! It will happen!
