You are a conductor on a London bus, a train or subway a kind of Phil Mitchel character. You have to go around and collect fares from the passengers. Some of the passengers will pay but you may get the occasional passenger who doesn't want to. You get annoyed easily and so can choose to beat up that passenger or throw him off of the bus, train etc. You can have varying levels of difficulty
eg. After a football match with lots of rowdy fans.
In the morning and evening rush with moany half asleap passengers who want to have a moan in the morning and in the evening when they have had a hard day.
On the bus you could throw people out of the open door and in the train you open the door and throw people out at 150mph.
I think that it would be a new kind of game that would have people hooked and wanting to play it all the time.
