basicly everyone had said that a game never did come out or to the UK.

Don't know where you got that from. It was 2 and 3 that were never released over here.

As far as I can tell, GTA wasn't released on the N64 ANYWHERE, not just here. Its on PS/PS2 and PC so buy them if you want to play it.

Super Mario RPG on the SNES was only not-released in the UK because of Square, the developers of the game, having a fallout with Nintendo before the UK release.

Missing out on Mario RPG and Earthbound was a crime.

"Excuse me, Nintendo, why aren't you releasing Mario RPG and Earthbound in the U.K?"
