Hmmm, the WC3 engine wouldn't suit a SC2 game that well. WC3 is primarilly put together for ground based combat, and if they wanted to make a StarCraft 2 game, the engine would require a little more depth.

I would be pretty sure if they used the same game enigne of WC3 if it was in the making.
Well with the success of Warcraft 3, it could be a possibility. It'd be great if Blizzard make a sequel like W3, as Starcraft has always been one of my favourite RTS games.

it hasn't ever been officially announced...but i'm pretty sure it's in the works...or that it's gonna be made sometime
