It would be great If Nintendo could release a Nintendo Sports Title. A game which would include Golf, Football, Tennis, American Football, Skateboarding, cricket, Basketball,and Athletics. All the Nintendo Characters could appear.
Each mode could have a Exhibition, Season and Special modes.
The:-
Football could take a leap out of Sega Soccer Slam and have teams of Three.
Each Character would have their own special moves aswell as the normal default moves, for Example. Pickachu could Lightning strike, Jigglypuff could make everyone go to sleep and Bowser could Fire the ball into the goal.
The American football could have no rules,( Except the one's of Play) 3 on 3, Dump Tackles, Throws, Everything could be in this game,
The skateboarding - could be like Tony Hawks, Teams have to Nominate players to skate in Each level, Mario could participate in the fast paced Grinding levels, while Yoshi and Diddy Kong could be nominated for the Big Jumps in levels, People such as Bowser, Gannondorf and Donkey Kong could participate in Slow Trickstyle levels. They would have to collect
N-I-N-T-E-N-D-O in Each level aswell as find the Secret Star and Collect five Heart Containers.
The Golf Could be the same as Mario Golf, but with more characters, the game would be 1 player and you could choose from the whole lot of Characters, you would not be in teams and Each teamate will cheer on another, when he go's to shoot, the greens could be slow on some courses and fast on others.
The Tennis could be the same as Mario Tennis, You could play 1 on 1, 2 on 2 or 3 on 3, Each character could have power ups. e.g. Bowser could have a Powerful Serve whilst Mario could be fast around the Court.
Cricket could be Minamilised to 3 on 3 as in Football, American Football and Basketball.
Players could use a special move, the smash with the Home run bat in Super Smash Bros Melee, this would be hard to do but would knock the ball out of Bounds, There could be a bowler a backstop and a fielder for the Fielding team, and three batsmen for the batters.
The Basketball would be three on three and there would be special dunks and dribbles, Kirby could do his weight drop, but turn into a ball instead and fall into the net.
Athletics, There could be events such as Long Jump, High Jump, 100 metres, Hammerthrow, Javelin etc. They would compete as Teams instead of Countries
And get Medals
The squads could be:-
Team Red: Mario, Peach and Yoshi
Team white Luigi, Proffeseur E.gadd, King Boo
Team Evil Red : Bowser Waliuigi, Wario.
Team Orange : Jody Summers, Captain Falcon, Dr Stewart
Team Silver : Fox, slippery Toad, Falco
Team Yellow : Pikachu, Jiggyly Puff, Mewtwo
Team Purple : Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong
Team Gold : Roy, Marth ?
Team Green : Link, Zelda and Gannondorf
Team Blue : Sonic, Tails and Dr Robotnik
TeamTurqoise : Ryota Hayami, Ricky Winterborn, Nigel Carver
And Unlockable squads such as:-
Team Star 1 : Samus, Kirby and Ness
Team Star 2 : Captain Olimar, Pichu and Young Link
Team star 3 : Doctor Mario, Kinoji and Mr Saturn
Wouldn't you all like to see a game like this, not exactly like this of course but something similar.

The Nintendo Olympics, sounds great, can you Imagine Mario doing Triple Jump and Peach doing the Pole Vault.

The Nintendo Olympics, sounds great, can you Imagine Mario doing Triple Jump and Peach doing the Pole Vault.

I don't know about all of those sports, but I suppose quite a lot of them could work well with the Nintendo characters.
But the Skateboarding may just be another THPS-style rip-off - like the new Simspons game.
Maybe the Nintendo Olypics or something would be better....
Something that could envolve using each character and their special techniques to come-out ontop?
