Just remembered the X-Files drinking game where you take different amounts of drink as something happens. I don't recommend you try this one - especially if you are under 18 - even I'm not daft to try it...
You need loads of beer/lager (spirits if you want to become one).
Take one sip when:
Andy Gray says you deserve a card for a tackle (when you obviously don't)
You get a card for a stupid tackle
You put the ball over the bar from a header - which you perfectly aimed into the goal
The ball gets caught in a midfield melee and bounces everywhere, before being claimed by the opposition/going out into touch
Take two sips when:
the opposition kick the ball into touch when they could have easily bypassed you anyway
The commentators moan because you shot from too far out (even though it barely misses the goal
Your goalkeeper jumps a 100 foot into the air and catches the ball
The through-ball doesn't go in the direction you send it
Take 3 sips when:
You hit the post/bar
Your opponents score
You have a player sent off
You overkick a corner and send the opponents into a perfect counter attack
DOWN IT WHEN:
You lose the match
You hit the bar/post 5+ times in succession before the keeper clears it and your opponents score
You're fed up of playing FIFA and move on to PES
