I can confirm the release date for this item is currently the 27/09/02.

Well at the moment playstation.com's own release schedule at;

Shows TS2 to still be at 11/10, same day as the Gamecube version. I don't know which date to believe put I'd favour the 11/10 date as it's furthest away ! Playstation.com is always known to be accurate in their emails, three weeks before Gran Turismo 3 came out there was a rumour that it had been delayed, several of us emailed them and were all told that they had no release date when everyone knew it was 19/03 (Or whatever the date was, not 100% sure :) ) Lo and behold the game came out on the right date, and playstation.com were wrong, which was impressive, what with them being the official site and all........

When it's on the shelves its out :)
