I'm not a spotty person, in fact I'm quite the opposite. I never get spots but when I do they really come in force!

I've been about 2 months without having a single spot but now this thing has appeared on my chin. It's absolutely huge! About the size of a 5p coin!

Now the question is, what does Phil do?

To squeeze or not to squeeze, it's killing me...

I hate spots, and my 99% immunity to them is probably the only thing I like about myself!

Did you know that you have no valves in the veins in your head so if you squeeze spots on your face and the puss gets into your bloodstream there is a possibilty that blackflow of blood will allow it to reach your brain where it could cause meningitus. This is a much higher probability if you squeeze the spot. So I sugeset no squezy squezy.

I used to absolutely rip it out of my brother and sister because they got spots. My brother takes after my mum and I take after my dad, and my dad never had any spots at all, so I thought I was in the clear. I couldn't have been more wrong. After 5 years, they're finally dying down. They were never terrible, the sort of thing you see on health shows, but they were bad enough to annoy me constantly. Although they're fading now, I'm left with 5 years worth of scarring on my face, back and chest. Let this be a lesson kids, DON'T squeeze or pick at spots, especially when you scar as easily as I do

Paint it silver and tell everyone you stuck 5 pence to your chin for a laugh.

Use to get the odd massive spot on my head somewhere which bugged me.

Stuff which says they take away spots dont and popping is rubbish unless it's on the verge of doing it itself.

I don't get any now really. This is how I have stopped them...

I have some Savlon cream by the side of my mirror and ever night I look for potential spots. If I think they could even slightly grow into a spot then I dab a bit of Savlon on them and leave it on whilst I sleep.

Wash it off in morning and it might of gone a bit or will gradually. If the spots already grown it helps I think but not such a noticable change.

Get em early.

Oh and best thing is to wash face more and put spot cream on it until it's ready for bursting probably

i wouldn't squeeze. In my experience what was a 5p coin swells up to the size of a £2 coin so just leave it alone slap some cream on it and wait for it to go away in the confines of a very dark room
