I would go for the DFI Ultra-D 939 board. Got one myself and it's a great board :)

Both are 939 nForce4 SLI boards.
The former has the best feature set out there, whilst the latter isn't far off, and is noticably quiter.

I know all this but there are about 50 katrillion out there.
Sli = 2 nvidia graphics cards so unless you're feelin rich then no
939 = AMD 64 so yes
PCI-Express = Also is a yes
AGP = No, becoming outdated
You want a standard 939 motherboard that supports PCI express.
