I'm sure he's a perfectly nice man really(?). Just misguided.
For the record, I don't really know he is - I didn't watch pop idol and I generally don't pay too much attention to that kinda stuff when it comes on TV/radio, if it looks/sounds crap within the first few seconds I change channel, so I probably wouldn't know Will or Garath (or whatever their names are) if they slapped me in the face with a large kipper.
