----------
1. Speeding down Pacific Heights on the West Coast (San Francisco) city on CRAZY TAXI.
(The West Coast city will feature in Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller, yet this time the cabs can hop, so going down the steep slopes should be even more crazy. Can't wait. Roll on 20th September.)
-----------
2. At the end of area 5 on REZ when the mysterious "eden" is awoken from her computurized prison - beautiful.
(Rez is my favourite SEGA game. I don't really know why, but it just has something special. I wish they'd make a sequel, but it'll probably never happen.)
-------------
3. When Shenhua sings her haunting song near the mountain cave on SHENMUE II.
(There are too many moments in the Shenmue games to mention, but I've gone for the moment I think is the most magical.)
-------------
4. Emerald Coast on SONIC ADVENTURE - the music, the graphics, the speed - pure SEGA/Sonic magic.
(Sonic speed levels are always good, and personally I think the next Sonic Adventure game should consist of JUST Sonic speed levels. That would be class.)
------------
5. Skating, grinding and tricking around Kibogaoka Hill at sunset without touching the ground on JET SET RADIO FUTURE.
(JSR & JSRF are two of the coolest and most original games ever created.)
------------
If you feel like it, please add some of your favourite SEGA gaming moments.
What a moment
I Kinda feel sorry for u
1) Playing Virtua Tennis for the first time - what an amazing day that was! I then realised that I was playing the best sports title ever!
2) Phantasy Star Online - playing online with all my friends was great. Meeting up with people, forming clans, fighting together and just having a fun time!
3) Quake 3 Arena - this has to be on the list because it is the first game I played on Dreamcast. It looked amazing, and online aswell!!
4) Shenmue - I bought a Dreamcast because I am a HUGE Sega fan and I also bought a Dreamcast for this game! Nuff said!
5) Crazy Taxi 2 - My first ever GAD prize, and boy was it worth it! The most addictive game I have ever played.
6) Sonic Advenure - Emerald Coast, the first level, amazing graphics and amazing sound brought Sonic to life on Dreamcast. As soon as I played this game, I knew I was playing a Sega console!!!
7) Shenmue 2 - This game pushed Dreamcast to its limits!!!!! It proved how powerful the Dreamcast really was.
8) Retro Sega Games - any retro Sega game or console brings back amazing memories I will never forget, I was brought up with Sega and that is why I stick by Sega:
Alex Kidd, Streets of Rage, Street Fighter, Golden Axe, Super Monaco GP and many, many more!
Thank YOU Sega.
(Thats a j/k...)
Turning on Virtua Tennis 2 for the first time, then have 3 of my housemates walk into the room, sit down and only after about 20 seconds realise it wasn't a real tennis match.
Going up against the end boss in Bangai-o. The Dreamcast nearly died with perhaps 10,000 missiles in the air at once.
Beating the last boss in MvC II (3rd form) in one button-press with a hyper-combo.
Leaving Soul Calibur running whilst talking in my living room then the conversation abruptly dieing as everyone watched slack-jawed at Kilik doing his demonstration. Animation to die for.
These are a few of my favourite things |o/
-+- Dragon Force : I want them to release a sequel, that game absolutely rocked on the saturn. Prolly one of the best games I have ever played.
-+- Sega Rally : Ahh the great days
-+- Whole Sonic series (Including the sonic adventures): I've played em' all, apart from the spinball game... Planning to buy the gamecube exclusive sonic mega collection and sonic adventure 3.
-+- Sonic R : The PC version of this absolutely sucked, but the saturn version rocked, it had a really catchy tune and was far superior to the shoddy PC version.
-+- Virtual Fighter 2 on the Saturn : Same as above, the PC version was a joke. But I wasted my life on this in the saturn days.
-+- Virtual Fighter Kids : Hehe!
-+- The official sega saturn magasine
-+- Marble Madness on the Master system (It wasnt a sega exclusive, but I enjoyed it on the master system)
-+- Alex Kid on the Master System
-+- Dick Tracy on the Mega Drive : None of my friends could beat this game, but I did.. Hah!
-+- Panzer Dragoon Zwei On the saturn
And I could go on and on and on and on.
Sega Rule....
