Yeah, I know the game isn't out yet, but screenshots are - and they contain some of the traditional 'in-jokes'. Remember how GTA3 had amusing things on billboards etc.?
The two I've seen in the VC screenshots so far are:
On the side of the fire trucks: "Putting out since 1872"
On the funeral home: "Funeraria Romero - the Dead Center of Vice City"
(There's more under this which I'm sure is highly amusing, but I can't make it out...)

Some game advert on it- Degenetron- Brings the arcade to your home, only without the weird guys asking if you want to see their puppies.
