NEW LORD OF THE RINGS 'LEAKS' ON INTERNET -- 4 MONTHS BEFORE RELEASE
The new fuss film LORD OF THE RINGS: THE TWO TOWERS has been leaked on to the Internet, it was claimed on Sunday -- more than 4 months before its release.
In a stunning slap at Hollywood and its ongoing copyright battle with digital swappers, Internet users boldly began trading copies of the latest RINGS on Sunday.
But one AOLTIMEWARNER executive expressed serious doubt that a file is in play.
"I have serious question about this, I am not sure we even have a finished product yet!" said the executive from New York. "I don't know what this is, but if it is the movie, or any portion of the movie, we will impose strict criminal penalties against anyone and everyone that downloads it!"
While the movie's distributor has no legitimate report of a leak, file traders were convinced they had the real movie, which is set for release in December.
Some prereleases that have hit the net recently include the first 3 episodes of the new SOPRANOS season and DVD rips of STAR WARS Episode 2 and SPIDERMAN.
Sorry if I came across a bit harsh cookie monster, I was having one of those "there is no decent food in the canteen FFS" early afternoons!

Obviously i didn't make myself clear.
THE TWO TOWERS IS STILL IN POST PRODUCTION.
Yes, it's been shot, but half the film is probably still composed of individuals shodow boxing agaisnt a blue screen.
I'm sure it makes for excellent entertainment though.
Anyone who claims to own it already is either mistaken or just plain lying.

But do they have the right copy? I doubt that they have a final version of it any way. My friend had a copied DVD from somewhere in the far East and it was only about half of the film, as the run time was alot less than the 3 hours LOTR was on for.
