NEW LORD OF THE RINGS 'LEAKS' ON INTERNET -- 4 MONTHS BEFORE RELEASE

The new fuss film LORD OF THE RINGS: THE TWO TOWERS has been leaked on to the Internet, it was claimed on Sunday -- more than 4 months before its release.

In a stunning slap at Hollywood and its ongoing copyright battle with digital swappers, Internet users boldly began trading copies of the latest RINGS on Sunday.

But one AOLTIMEWARNER executive expressed serious doubt that a file is in play.

"I have serious question about this, I am not sure we even have a finished product yet!" said the executive from New York. "I don't know what this is, but if it is the movie, or any portion of the movie, we will impose strict criminal penalties against anyone and everyone that downloads it!"

While the movie's distributor has no legitimate report of a leak, file traders were convinced they had the real movie, which is set for release in December.

Some prereleases that have hit the net recently include the first 3 episodes of the new SOPRANOS season and DVD rips of STAR WARS Episode 2 and SPIDERMAN.

I will say once and for all that The Two Towers is still in post production.

Anyone who claims to own it already is either mistaken or just plain lying.

From what I've seen the VCD is basically a pile of footage from trailers, making of's e.t.c all put into some kind of order. Supposedly there is a half finished version of the real film out there but a friend who has broadband specnt all day searching the net and file sharing places and only managed to find the VCD content. At a guess I'd say that the film proper isn't ready yet as it's not out until like 19th december or close to that. Last year, Lord Of The Rings copies didn't make it out until early december, and I know of more than one friend who had a DVD quality perfect widescreen copy by the first week in December....

But do they have the right copy? I doubt that they have a final version of it any way. My friend had a copied DVD from somewhere in the far East and it was only about half of the film, as the run time was alot less than the 3 hours LOTR was on for.

Believe it or not, Lord of the Rings The Two Towers is already out on VCD, I came across this site called D9Movies, they sell all the latest VCDs,DVDs. They had this film priced for a measely $6. And its out of stock already. Hmm its probably some fake version. Like my mate who bought Matrix 2 from a foreign country, but the version he had was a different version.
