Signed it btw. Seems Yahoo are using legal fees as a way of hurting a weaker company. Idiots.

This has been going on for months.

nothing has come of it yet so i doubt it will.

I didn't even know Yahoo had a gaming IM thing.

EDIT: on further research, it turns out that the Xfire VC of engineering used to work on the Yahoo IM programme. But surely in this sort of case it would be direct copying of code, not just the general idea of what the programme does that would be the issue - Yahoo are claiming that it does the same thing as their application, yet I have two spoons in my cupboard made by different manufacturers, and this is ok how?

i'm the only person on xfire right now.

i have 48 friends on my list an 0 friends of friends and 0 friends are online thats a first, even all the WoW nerds are offline
