I have found some bargins in game now and again.

what do you mean a rip off? if you shop in game then your are being ripped off.

Indeed, selling demo's is a rip off but thats how the world is. even the magazines expect us to pay for the demo, but they know we will buy them, even more so if its an much awaited game being released.

Ain't that a rip off though ?

The idea of a demo is to persaude us to go out and buy the game - If the publishers want us to see how good the game is they should be issuing free demo's for us to try out.

I went into EB the other day and they had had a pile of TIF2003 demo's on the counter for people to help themselves too - that's how it should be.

oh well. I bought one before it was released but didn't have to pre-order the game, only allow them to ring me to ask if I was interested in buying it at the time, hence no obligation.

I think Game have stopped selling the demo, it was only if you pre-ordered but the game has now been released.

You should have tried a Demo first, not doubting that you wont like it as its an excellent game but not everyone's gaming likes are always the same and I always like to try out games before buying. The demo is available from Game/Elec Boutique for £1.99.
