Why oh why has this title, a game just begging to be made, never been produced?

The first was brilliant, a wonderfull RPG but even though the second had quite extrodinary graphics for the time it wasnt anywhere near as good as the original. A third installment would be nice but a remake of the first may be a better idea :-)
LBA? Eh?
I never played Little Big Adventure - it came out way before I started my gaming life.
The first game I had was the pSone Crash Bandicoot. Just note down that it was on Platinum and had been for about 6 months before I got it. I've been gameing for 5 years now.

I read loads about it on the net a few months back, and posted a few links around on this site. Look for a topic in the SEGA forum, or you could go back a good few pages to find the one in PC Gaming.
Apparently, it was set to be released on the Dreamcast first, then the PC, and then maybe another next-gen. console like the X-Box.
The game was also set to include a new Mood for Twinsen too.
I can't remember much else, go now... look-up my aeging LBA 3 topics.
I found the first one much harder than no.2 by the way.
I also loved that one better too. But the second was still great - especially that Laser Gun! :D

Great romp of a game. I remember the first was brillinat but the second was a bit samey to be honest. I still have it though, it's under my desk right this second. I have no idea why they don't make a third, Twinsen was a classic character.
I guess they'd only be my and you playing it judging by the response this got....
