When I play GTA 3 for the PC (with a relatively fast PC well over the recommended specs) but everytime I turn a corner or rev or anything like that the game stalls for a second then continues. I have a great framerate and I have shut down all other programs but am still getting this problem. Any ideas?

(By the way I have defragged my HD and have loads of memory)

make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, as well as getting hold of any other relevant updates (patches, latest directX version etc)

Stalling, ya say? Hmmm, looks like you need to work on your clutch control. ;)

Sorry mate, I couldn't resist. :D

Wish I could help you out, but seeing as I don't own it on PC...
