I need to have your opinions because i have pre-ordered Timesplitters 2 but i am having second thoughts should i get Vice City instead and and cancell the Timesplitters 2 order, i am only allowed to get one of the 2.

Get GTA VC unless of course you can afford both :)
I would defintly go for GTA: vice City
i would personally go for GTA: vice city, but it depends on whetehr you prefer FPS's to the type of game that GTA is
