I have had fun trying to track down my final letter, without which you cant pick up the machine. I told Sony ages ago that we were moving and I informed GAME as well as I was not sure who had to send the final letter. But guess what my letter did not arrive and other people were telling me they had theirs. As you may have guessed I paniced. I phoned Sony who said GAME had to send the letter, I spoke to GAME who told me that Sony were talking rubbish and that it is Sony who send the letter.
After getting very annoyed and stressed, I guessed that the letter had probably been sent to our old address. I hassled the agency until they agreed to go and pick up the post and pass it on to us. I waited and on Saturday night my letter arrived. Sony had sent it (so GAME were right and the Sony helpline was useless) to our old address. So much hassle, so much stress and worry. BUT I no longer cared, there in my hands I had a letter that said 'your PS2 will be available to collect from GAME on the 24th of November'.
Praise the lord. Now all I have to do is suffer the agonising wait until Friday.
