Anybody else seen this film yet?

All in all, not too bad. Not a blockbuster by any sense of the word, but still, quite a brave effort. Falls flat in places (especialy concerning the supporting cast), but still, the dragons bloody rule! Jaw hiting the floor cool at times. Don't know really how to describe the movie. Kind of a cross between Mad-Max, Jurrasic Park and Aliens. Not as good as any of them, but still, it passes the time.

Very dark aswel. Gloomy and full of nasty turns for the worst. I haven't seen a film with so much special effects as dark as this in a long time. There's a scene towards the end that's really quite harrowing. Anybody who's seen the film will probably know what I'm talking about (prayer time). A good effort, but it lacks the depth of a blockbuster, also was the guy who was operating the radio the out of DS9 (the doctor)?

I happen to think this was better than it was rated. For the simple fact that it is sci-fi but also true hero stuff. These were normal men like you and I. Critics think that you have to have a blockbuster film for a good movie. But its usually the films that are almost unnoticed in the shadow of well advertised films. The Time Machine wasnt given good reviews but that was a kick butt film especially since H.G. Wells' great grandson directed/produced it and he definitely has the genes of his great grandfather. Don't disrespect a film that you dont understand what they mean by making it.

I saw DragonHeart on ITV last night. Sean Connery was a dragon. He died though.
