Just recently got me mits on a copy of House of the dead on the Saturn. For years I have heard that it is the greatest shoot um up game.....ever!
Well, lets put it to the test. Upon arrival, I wacked it into my system, plugged the gun in and got ready for some zombie blasting fun! And got got exactly what I wanted. The game is brilliant! The graphics are quite obviously dated, I mean, REALLY dated. I had another gun spare, so I thought, "2 guns, 1 game, all to myself?! hum........ why not!". So, I did. 2 guns, like playing Tomb Raider all over agen, minus the gorgeous heroin, instead I have to put up with two dithering blokes without a brain cell between them. The zombies, the undead, the bats, the really annoying jumping slasher things (obvious I didnt read much into this) all make a perfect shooting game. Virtua Cop had a selection (yes, very limited I know) of weapons that could be used repeatedly or temporerily, but house of the dead has only the pistol, which is nice anyway. The bosses, well, ive had it four days and I haven't completed it, the last boss is so damn hard! Any help people? The game is challenging, which I like, makes my money go further, where as virtua cop and Time crisis are relatively simple. Im not a dreamcast person, I love my PS2 too much, but after this id love to try house of the dead 2, maybe a small investment into a dreamcast and the game, is it worth it?
Its taken me 3 years to get house of the dead, and it cost me £35 when I eventually did get it, and yes, i suppose it was worth it.

The question is:

"Is it the best shootem up ever?"

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
LOVE it....
You have made it so easy to build & host a website!!!
