"Hitman 2, Playable Demo"

Not heard much about this game, only that it should have been out by now that was until Eidos decided to delay until an unspecified time. Anyway, they've finally released an impressive demo, which shows off a few things you can do in the final game.

The demo sees you on a mission to infiltrate a mafia don's mansion to rescue a captive he has held there and to take the don out in the process. There are a number of ways to complete the mission, and the game kindly lets you choose which one you think will be best route.

It's impressed me so much; I might just get the full game. I wasn't that impressed with the first hitman, but the sequel is looking very good indeed.

I have an Nvidia card, and it works fine. My flatmate has an Nvidia card, it works fine.

My card is PCI, his is AGP. I don't thik it's the graphics card causing the problems Mojojojo

And Mojo, are you sure it's your graphics which are causing this problem? I have an Nvidia card and the demo works fine for me. Though it is only a poxy GeForce 2.

"They blatantly work with Nvidia. It said exactly the same with GTA 3. Just fiddle around with the advanced options in the graphics section and im 99% sure it will work. 48 mb is a little to much for my crappy 56k modem!"

Um, hello? The game won't load at all. How am I supposed to mess with the graphics if I can't run the game?

You can always just wait for a coverdisc, which should have the demo in its next issue.

Actually, I found some cheats yesterday for the demo. I think it's fun to explore the levels and check out the AI while invisible, and try all the guns. Thanks anyway!

Ah, then you need good ol' AOL! Failing that, get yourself a program such as Download Manager (that's what I use) so you can freely pause and resume downloads at any time!
