Well, not exactly me...yet anyway.

My PS2 decided that it had got hungry the other day while I was playing Pro Evo on it, as you do. While playing, for the first time since I had got this PS2 I decided that have it standing up on its side for a change, what a mistake that was (I think). 65 minutes come on the clock as im winning Chelsea with my excellent Roma team on the master league, Gonmincha lets rip with a shot aiming for the top right at blistering pace when........crunch! Somehow the disc in the tray flips out of its holding place and screeches around inside making one of them noises like when you scrape your fingers down a black board, all I could do was cringe.

So the game crashes and I turn it off and on and take the disc out...it was scratch to hell...and to put it mildly...Pro Evo is now dead and doesn’t work.

*Counts down to Pro Evo 2 release*

So, hey everyone, long time no see I guess.

*Where have I been?*

Well, some of you know I was on hols for a little while, and then when I got back I didn’t really feel like posting, for a number of reasons which I aint going into. Also i have found more time to actually play games than talk about them! Its amazing, time not spent here means time can be spent gaming, its a truly great finding, some of you should try it!

Also i have been working on my 'site' which can be found at www.previo.tk (sorry, had to plug it :D). Its still being made though so its not overally finished.

Oh and i couldn’t forget to mention the AS exams that kept me away for a bit, but that’s done with for now, and i passed, so congrats to me eh? :D Here’s to another year at 6th form.

But to the future we look eh!?

Well, ill probably be back more now, as the PS2 has got a few great months coming up again towards Christmas (been kind of bleak recently for top releases), much like last year (Sony seem to always have a plan). So with many great games coming out there is going to be much to talk about, cant wait for the delights of Pro Evo 2 myself, and GTA Vice City looks like its going to be 3 times the game that the excellent GTA3 was.

There are loads of other gems soon to come out soon too, all which look great. So here’s to a great few months to come of gaming...and talking about it of course!

I had your trouble couple of months ago. When I got Quake 3 this was. When it loaded it went grind, click click, grind, click click. Took it back, got a new one and same happened. Took that back, got one from HMV. Apparently WHSmiths batch of Quake 3 were on badly centred disks so when they spun they went weird. Perhaps you have chipped you disk and it is spinning off centre? (Chipped as in 'take a bit out' not as in 'piracy')

Pro Evo came out last November. I seriously doubt that they would let me get a brand game in exchange for my year old wrecked one.
