I signed up yesterday and ive followed the instructions for setting up the ftp for both internet explorer and wise-ftp but neither will allow me to connect. Both say that the ftp connection was terminated. I am not on freeola internet but i have signed up for web freedom. In wise-ftp it says the host name is ok and the username is ok but the password is wrong i have copied the password straight off the page and i have typed it in but neither will work. If anyone could tell me whats wrong I would be very gracious.

Can you try copying the password from you MyFreeola account again. Web Freedom password changed yesterday due to a security upgrade as part of ongoing improvements to the service. You may have signed up just before this happened and are trying to use your old password. If that still doesn't work then check that Web Freedom is enable for the domain you are trying to access. You can see this by selecting Web Freedom from the menu in your MyFreeola account.
If it isn't enable or you still can't FTP in then please check any security software that you have on your machine, such as Windows firewall, Zone Alarm or Peer Guardian. Try disabling these temporarily and try connecting again. If it works then usually you'll just need to create an FTP rule in your security progam.
IF all else fails then please either call out support department on 0871 2109977 or raise a support ticket.
