i thought that Zelda gamecube was top be released on he 07/02/03 in europe not America, oh well i'll just have to wait ANOTHER 2 months, just like Golden Sun 2.

Just checked nintendo.com, the american site, they've actually got a release date set currently for feb '03.

Doubt we'll get it then, probably give it a couple more months, but it'll not be all that long after play's date.

Hate to disappoint you all, but that date is actually a Thursday. Considering the fact that Nintendo games are very nearly always released on a Friday, I expect this is a case of Play creating hype as has been suggested in a previous thread.

Though I must admit it would be nice for that to be roughly the date that Zelda is going to be released..

Hmm, giving it a second glance, i guess it's probably their way of trying to drum up excitement and get people who don't know any better to pre-order with them, thinking the release isn't too far off.

I think they've lost a bit of my respect there.

Just add a year onto that!
