I'm trying to access the "Options & FTP Settings" option from the list of Websites in MyFreeola, but it fails with this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_real_ecape_string() in /home/httpd/html/myfreeola-control-panel/ web_sites_folders_view.php on line 137
I've tried logging out/in but still can't access it.
Please let me know if you need the account details - it seems to fail for all my sites.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that.
Blimey, since I signed up for Web Freedom things seem to have gone 'pear shaped' - sorry about that ;¬)
First the service is down, now all passwords have been changed - I haven't been able to test things yet but if I have any problems you know I'll keep you informed :¬)
I won't sign up for anything else this week, promise!

You should be able to upload via Web Freedom now. Apologies for the inconvenience, and apologies for the status message not being entirely clear.
Depending on how you read your statement it could be fixed in 'the coming months'? If that's the case I need to change my plans. Obviously as this is a service you pay for quarterly that doesn't sound too good.
Thanks.

Just signed up for this service then a couple of hours later I see this on the Status Page:
Web Freedom service - FTP access disabled: Due to a system update, FTP access is temporarily disabled for Web Freedom customers. Customers accessing their webspace via a Freeola internet connection will be unaffected by this update and can upload to their webspaces as usual. This update forms part of a series of improvements to the Web Freedom service which are due to be implemented over the coming months. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this work.
Never seen a mention of this service on the Status page before.
Hopefully this will be a quick fix???

Just used it to sign up to a 'Web Freedom' option - first time I've used this facility.
